CRM Consultant - Stockholm Office
You are a CRM consultant today with 3-7 years of appreciated work with clients, and have had leading roles in CRM projects such as Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Project Manager. You are probably getting frustrated at long and costly projects which deliver too little and too late. You want to achieve more in a shorter time period and feel that satisfaction coming from having happy clients. - Have experience of CRM application implementation – analysis, implementation and change management. e.g. MS CRM, Salesforce.com, Superoffice, SAP CRM, Siebel, etc.
- Have a genuine interest in CRM and have a passion for improving Customer Service, Sales and Marketing processes
- Have relevant Academic degree
- Speak and write English flawlessly. Being fluent in Swedish or Norwegian is required
You will be working with assignments spanning the whole lifecycle, ranging from sales, analysis to implementation and business support. We have a high focus on selling and delivering our Business Booster Packages, which requires a continuous refinement in our projects. You are expected to take leading roles in our customer deliverances and contribute to the company development.
